Miley Cyrus is releasing the music video for her song “Who Owns My Heart” in Europe soon and was recently filming for the video in Detroit, Michigan – the same place she is working on filming her upcoming movie “LOL: Laughing Out Loud.”

While Miley will not be releasing “Who Owns My Heart” as a single yet in the US, fans in the United States can be on the lookout for Miley’s song “Two More Lonely People” to be her next release.

Miley Cyrus is going to Detroit, Michigan this weekend. The "Hannah Montana" star is scheduled film visuals for "Who Owns My Heart", the next single from her third studio album "Can't Be Tamed".

According to Ken Baker of E! Online, the 17-year-old Disneysongstress once again teams up with Robert Hales, the same man who directs music video for the title track of the album. Ken further explained that "Who Owns My Heart" is up for European release only. As for the second single Stateside, Miley reportedly chose "Two More Lonely People".

Other details such as what kind of treatment Robert will write for the upcoming video are still kept under wrap. One thing for sure, it will become another platform for Miley to continue showing her more mature side like she always wants to.

The Hanna Montana star, Miley Cyrus is planned to make the video for her upcoming single “Who Owns My Heart” from her third studio album. The Disney star’s third album is entitled “Can’t Be Tamed.” This weekend, she is scheduled to go to Detroit, Michigan to film the visuals. Ken Baker of E! Online has reported that the singer actress joins forces with Robert Hales. He will be the director of the music video.

Robert Hales also directed the video for the title track of the album of the 17-year-old Cyrus. According to Ken Baker, Cyrus’ next single “Who Owns My Heart” is up for European release only and the singer has chosen the song “Two More Lonely People” for the second single Stateside.
